Ski
Baby brother of the 88, the
Transalp 80 is a board with precise lines and at the same time is easy to handle in all types of situation weighing merely 1kg. An all−round tail allowing to change edges quickly, stick to the snow and climb comfortably.
With versatile sidecuts for all terrain, its wide turning radius helps to stick to the snow in hard snow condiotions, in slides and in technical turns and is more permissive in the exit of turns.
The construction is mixed with a
sidewall finish, with a wood core, in the lower part in the area of the bindings, it gives precision, power and grip to the slope, and in the extremes to make the ski lighter and flexible in the entrance and exit of the turns. Its core, made of light and elastic pauwlonia improves the durability of the skis and the recovery after a turn, the
Air Tec Ti system provides rigidity with titanal inserts combining with the lightness that the canals of air bring. The carbon canals on the sides provide more stability in the descents.
The construction
aeroshape, improves the weight in the pack, eliminating unnecessary parts of the ski for its behaviour, providing more stability though resistance of torsion.
A ski for skiers with a high level and intentions long tours without neglecting the descents, including technical ones.
